8:00 – 8:15         Welcome 
8:15 – 9:45         Dr. Jon Landis, Apple (Keynote Speaker - All Staff)
10:00 – 10:45   Breakout A 
11:00 – 12:00   Lunch 
12:15 – 1:15      Dr. Justin Tarte, Union R-XI Schools (Keynote Speaker - All Staff)
1:30 – 2:15         Breakout B 
2:30 – 3:15         Breakout C

Keynote Sessions:
  • All staff members will attend both Keynote sessions in the gymnasium, so please be sure to add them to your schedule.

To Register:

  • View this quick video, if needed, on how to sign up, log in, and use Sched.
  • If you already have a Sched Account, you can use the same sign in credentials from before.  
  • If you don’t have a Sched Account: Click ’Sign Up’ (upper right). Sign Up with school email is recommended.
  • After your account is created, log in and click bubbles to choose your sessions: Keynote (AM), Breakout (10:00 AM), Lunch, Keynote (PM), Breakout (1:30 PM), & Breakout (2:30 PM).
  • You should end up with 6 ’checked’ items.
  • Be sure to mark your lunch choice in the Sched!  We need to know how many vegetarian options to order!
  • Click a bubble to ’uncheck’ if you need to withdraw from the session at any time - this will open your seat to others.

Additional Information:
  • In Sched, you can choose your view by changing the drop down option under ’Schedule’.  Simple shows titles - hover over title to see details in a pop out window.  Expanded shows titles + details for every session.  Grid shows the sessions in blocks, so you can check for overlapping times.
  • Sessions may have attendance limits, so register early and please release your seat if you are unable to attend or choose a different session.
  • All events on this day will be held at Hamilton Southeastern High School.
  • PGP points will be awarded for the day.
  • Please be sure to scan the QR code at the end of the day and enter your information for attendance and PGPs.
  • Bring along your fully charged iPad & teacher laptop.
  • All staff will remain at HSE High School for lunch and enjoy a catered meal: Fried Chicken (vegetarian option: Penne Pasta), Seasoned Green Beans, Buttered Irish Potatoes, Rotini Pasta Salad, Country Biscuits w/ Apple Butter, & Iced Tea.
